Co-Working Space

We have an arrangement of large co-working spaces for our start-ups built specifically to allow cost savings and convenience through the use of common infrastructures, such as high speed & uninterrupted wi-fi, electricity, and water that small businesses have to bear in case of renting their own space. Additionally, sharing a common space would help to establish a community among the start-ups to share common problems and ways to tackle them. To make it affordable for start-ups, we have kept the price as low as 1000 per head.

Start-up Cabins

We have made a provision for our start-ups who are looking for a private space. Our Start-up cabins will have cubicles having comfortable seats and a cabin-like area dedicated for companies, organizations and individuals you can take it for long- and short-term periods. However, the charge may vary from shared space to dedicated space with cubicles.

Conference Rooms

Our conference room has a Standard and very comfortable work desk, chair, and all other modern amenities that an ideal coworking space should have. Our conference room has a seating capacity of more than 25 persons. A live projector for PPT and other official and non-official works.

Discussion Rooms

At AIC we have made Fully furnished discussion rooms available for our start-ups for occasional meetings among fellow team members or to their respective clients.

Investor Desks

Finding an Investor is a big challenge for any start-up and vice-versa. Therefore, we through our Investor desk at AIC have tried to build a common platform where both these parties could meet and thoroughly discuss. It would pave a way for Startups looking for financial back-up, simultaneously investors ‘ in quest of the right business idea to get returns on investment.

Seamless Internet

We understand the crucial part that the Internet plays in helping businesses to keep up in pace in this modern digital era. Today, almost everything is done online, especially in terms of IT which makes their work easier and faster. Good Internet connectivity is a blessing for start-ups as they perform most of their work using the Internet. Hence, our space is equipped with High-speed Internet which is seamless so that your work is not hampered.

Failsafe Power Backups

The uninterrupted power supply is most essential while working on a computer. You may miss out to save in case there is a sudden power cut. To eliminate such problems, we have the means to support continuous power supply which may not be possible for all start-ups to arrange.

Cafeteria & Hangout Space

We understand the value of being pumped up in between the work, therefore, we have made a provision for a breakout area especially for our start-ups. Our cafeteria is always stacked with fresh coffee, tea, drinking water, soft drinks, snacks, etc. anytime which is hygienic and less expensive and helps you to keep your eyes peeled at all times.

Play Area

We have an arrangement of a hall with the availability of a few games that you can play while taking a break from your monotonous work. Additionally, we have a lush green space outside our building with greenery which is clean and pollution-free. One can even enjoy the walk and take a break to increase their efficiency.

Office Supplies

We provide diaries, pens, paper, and other stationery items that are used on a day-to-day office work.
